We are looking for an Account Manager to join LiveAboard.com - the global leader in online travel for unique boat-based vacations! Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, managing the onboarding process and providing guidance to maximize sales results for each vessel.
- Coordinate processes and act as the main point of contact for our Customer Support, Marketing, Rates & Availability teams.
- Analyze sales KPIs, trends, growth opportunities, and potential business losses, offering actionable insights to improve team performance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for new products and initiatives, creating tailored sales pitches for each partner.
- Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell opportunities (e.g., new business initiatives, new inventory, and new segments).
- Identify at-risk clients, resolve conflicts, and work closely with them to achieve significant sales results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic plans and execute high-performing client campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and stay informed about competitor activities in the online travel space.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on results and progress.
- Actively engage with and inspire your colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Job requirements
Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar role, 3+ years of experience
Proven track record exceeding growth goals
Excellent multitasker with keen attention to detail
Experience building long-term professional relationships
Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally
Exceptional knowledge of digital platforms
Outstanding organizational, communication, presentation, and time management skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
Ability to explain complex matters in a simple way
You speak English fluently
