Job description
Overview of the position:
We are a global leader in online travel and are on the lookout for a content writer to help maintain our knowledge base. As a Knowledge Base Content Writer, you will work closely with our Inventory team, our partners and other stakeholders, seeking the most up-to-date information to ensure our Customer Support teams can confidently assist our guests. You will report directly to the Customer Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to create and update high-quality knowledge base articles and ensure that our teams have accurate information to support our customers. To do this, you will need to:
Create a high standard of knowledge base articles with accurate information
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of existing content in our knowledge base
Work closely with our inventory team and partners to regularly obtain accurate information

Job requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong understanding of how to simplify complex processes or tasks into easy-to-understand written information
Independent prioritisation and management of own workload. With hundreds of articles to maintain, this is ongoing work requiring constant maintenance.
Great attention to detail, using existing documentation standards to ensure consistency across articles.
Ability to work remotely and unsupervised. You will be part of a team, but most of your work will require you to perform your role independently.
Contribute to improving how we work – if something isn’t working, raise it and help us improve.
Experience in content writing or knowledge management is highly desirable
Experience within a B2B environment is a plus
Experience with travel (B2C or Online) is also a plus
