Job description

Overview of the position:

We are a global leader in online travel and we are looking for a payments professional to join our team. Full-time and long-term - Join our international team!  

As our Operations Payments Specialist you will play a key role in our daily payments operations.  You will work in a team of 4 finance professionals and report to the Payments Team Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • File daily statements of our payment service providers 

  • Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments in our accounting system 

  • Manage the payment requisitions for 3rd party vendors 

  • Perform detailed checks and analyses on 3rd party vendor invoices  

  • Process 3rd party vendor invoices in internal booking systems and accounting system 

  • Assist with LiveAboard.com’s day to day finance operations

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill set 

  • Great attention to detail, collaborative mind set 

  • Affinity with Accounting or Finance 

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Work experience in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred  

  • Experience with e-commerce or travel & tourism is a plus 

  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
